Behind The Baby Manual

I learned my craft from the babies themselves.

I spent 13 years in NICU, caring for sick and small babies. After leaving the NHS, I began working as a maternity nurse and living with families through those all-important first months.

I’ve held thousands of babies in my arms. I lived with the consequences of my advice and methods, day and night. That experience taught me to observe carefully, adapt and find what genuinely worked.

The Baby Manual approach

“If something didn’t work, I was still there the next morning. I had to understand why and find what did.”
