Straight answers for the problem you are having right now.

The process

How it works.

Step one

Choose your call

Book a first consultation or, if we have already spoken, choose a shorter follow-up call.

Step two

Tell me what is happening

Complete a short form about you, your baby and the problem you would most like help with.

Step three

We talk it through

Pauline asks the right questions, identifies what may be causing the problem and explains what to do next.

Step four

Put the plan into practice

You receive a written summary and can send one or two follow-up messages if a question comes up.

What we’ll cover

01

Before the call

You will complete a short form with some basic information about you and your baby, so we can get straight to the problem during the call.

02

On the call

I will ask the questions I need to assess what may be causing the problem and give you clear, practical advice tailored to your family.

03

Afterwards

I will send you a written summary to refer back to, plus one or two follow-up messages by text or WhatsApp as you put the advice into practice.

Follow-up calls

If we have already had an initial consultation, you can book a 30-minute follow-up call for £45.

Important

This is not an emergency medical service. If your baby is seriously unwell or needs urgent medical attention, contact your GP or local emergency care centre.

Pauline does not offer specialist breastfeeding consultations. Breastfeeding concerns should be assessed by an appropriately qualified professional who can observe you and your baby during a feed.
