Step one
Choose your call
Book a first consultation or, if we have already spoken, choose a shorter follow-up call.
One-to-one
If your baby will not sleep, settle or follow a routine—or you simply feel something is not working—we will start by working out why.
The process
Step one
Book a first consultation or, if we have already spoken, choose a shorter follow-up call.
Step two
Complete a short form about you, your baby and the problem you would most like help with.
Step three
Pauline asks the right questions, identifies what may be causing the problem and explains what to do next.
Step four
You receive a written summary and can send one or two follow-up messages if a question comes up.
Book your 1:1 call
During your consultation, we will focus on the problem you are dealing with now. You will leave with a clear explanation, practical next steps and something written down to refer back to afterwards.
What we’ll cover
You will complete a short form with some basic information about you and your baby, so we can get straight to the problem during the call.
I will ask the questions I need to assess what may be causing the problem and give you clear, practical advice tailored to your family.
I will send you a written summary to refer back to, plus one or two follow-up messages by text or WhatsApp as you put the advice into practice.
If we have already had an initial consultation, you can book a 30-minute follow-up call for £45.
Book a follow-up callIf there is no suitable appointment available, message me with URGENT at the beginning of your message. I will do my best to speak with you as quickly as I can.

“She gave us our confidence back.”
“Our baby was sleeping through the night.”
“She just knew what was wrong.”
“The best decision we made.”
“We finally understood our baby.”
Practical answers without confusing theory, pressure or judgement.
The goal is to help you understand your baby and trust your own decisions.
Observe carefully, understand what is happening, then adapt the advice to the baby in front of you.
