The Baby Manual

Your baby doesn’t come with instructions. The Baby Manual does. Clear answers, practical demonstrations and experienced guidance for those all-important first weeks.

Finally, someone who actually tells you what to do.

Parents are surrounded by conflicting advice. Google says one thing, Instagram says another and the next person recommends the complete opposite. The result is confusion, exhaustion and no clear sense of who to trust.

You don’t need more information. You need experienced guidance. Think of The Baby Manual as having an experienced maternity nurse in your corner every week, helping you understand what to do, why you’re doing it and what to expect next.

The methodology

A clear plan for the first 12 weeks.

Practical support that develops with your baby, so you always know what to focus on now and what is coming next.

Phase 01

Weeks 1–3

Understand

Learn what your baby is communicating, what is normal and how feeding, sleep and settling work together.

Phase 02

Weeks 4–6

Establish

Put calm, practical feeding, settling and sleep foundations in place without becoming trapped by conflicting advice.

Phase 03

Weeks 7–9

Develop

Adjust the routine as your baby grows, recognise what needs to change and understand why you are changing it.

Phase 04

Weeks 10–12

Sleep

Bring the foundations together and create the conditions for longer, safer and more settled nights.
