More settled sleep
A routine that supports longer stretches of sleep and calmer nights for the whole family.
Parent stories
For more than 16 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting families through those exhausting, emotional and incredibly special first weeks with a new baby.
I can explain my experience and how I work, but the people best placed to describe what having Aunty Pauline in your corner feels like are the parents themselves.
“We still say, ‘What would Aunty Pauline do?’”
What a result means
A routine that supports longer stretches of sleep and calmer nights for the whole family.
Parents who understand what to do—and why—without second-guessing every decision.
Recognising what your baby is communicating and responding with more clarity.
Less conflicting advice, less uncertainty and a practical plan everyone can follow.
The change that lasts
Of course, parents remember the sleep: the first night their baby slept through, the first evening they had to themselves and the first morning everyone woke feeling rested.
But the comments that mean the most are often about something else entirely—feeling calmer, understanding why their baby was crying, knowing when something was not quite right and no longer second-guessing every decision.
My job has never been to make parents dependent on me. It is to give them the knowledge and confidence to know what to do when I am no longer there.
“That’s such an Aunty Pauline thing to say.”
Parent stories
Different babies, different challenges and different families—but the same feeling of finally having a clear way forward.
We still say, “What would Aunty Pauline do?”
She gave us our confidence back.
Our baby was sleeping through the night.
She just knew what was wrong.
The best decision we made.
We finally understood our baby.
She gave us our confidence back.
Pauline gave us clear advice and helped us understand what our baby needed.
Need some Aunty Pauline advice?
If your baby is not sleeping, will not settle, cries constantly, only sleeps on you, wakes repeatedly, struggles with naps—or you simply feel something is not working—we can start by working out why.
In parents’ own words
“We finally understood our baby.”
